Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking your appointment | Deposits | Deposits go towards your appointment and the remaining balance is due at the appointment. Deposits are non refundable. If you need to reschedule, the deposit can be transfer to ONE reschedule as long as there’s a 24+ hour notice given. | Cancellations | Appointments cancelled WITHIN 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for the service booked. Future bookings won’t be allowed until the cancellation fee is paid. 100% cancellation fee for no call/no shows. Repeat no shows will be banned from booking any future appointments. Cancellation fees are separate of any deposits and nail service prices. If you’re running late please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on how late you are to the appointment there may not be any time to do the nail art/service or you’ll be required to reschedule and a late cancellation fee will be charged.
