Deposits are NON-REFUNADBLE | Cancellations | Appointments cancelled WITHIN 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for the service booked. Future bookings won’t be allowed until the late cancellation fee is paid. DEPOSITS ARE NOT APPLIED TO CANCELLATION FEES/NO SHOW FEES 100% cancellation fee for no call/no shows. Repeat no shows will be banned from booking any future appointments. If you’re running late please let me know as soon as possible. 15 minutes late without contacting me prior to the appointment may be subject to automatic cancellation and cancellation/no show fee will be applied.
